I thought a 4pm check in is far to late, especially when ypu have to check out at 10am

The property's location is absolutely fabulous, we have stayed here for three consecutive years now. The parking is also a major plus. This has always been a high-specification property that commands a premium rate, but given its fantastic location and facilities, it has been cost-effective.
The property was dirty and unclean this time, with an overall lack of general maintenance. There were no drinking glasses and the crockery was all dirty.
The batteries in the TV remote and all the clocks were flat. The patches of painting in the bedroom and staircase lets the presentation of the property down. While these are small details, having previously experienced the high standards this property offered, we were disappointed by our stay this time.

Beautiful location and having the view from the balcony. The garage to park was really handy. Very comfortable and spacious for 6 of us adults, a child and dog.
The front door wouldn't stay closed unless locked. Cleanliness needed more attention, stains on furnishings and carpet, dirty cups and bathrooms a little dirty and slight mould.
We felt as though the property just needs some slight maintenance jobs.

Wonderful location and beautiful views. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. In general it was a nice property.
Poorly maintained, issues with the garage door not opening on arrival and had to call out maintenance. Cobwebs and dust in various places of the property, front door handle loose, multiple big stains on the carpet in multiple bedrooms, broken bedside drawers in downstairs bedroom, plug socket loose in downstairs bedroom also. My son found a previous female occupants underwear found in a bedroom drawer!
