It boasts four stunning bedrooms over four floors, a first floor shower room and a second floor bathroom. There is also a ultra-modern kitchen with a dining area and a first floor sitting room. Outside is roadside parking and access to all the local amenities in the town. Situated right next to Whitby harbour, 11A Church Street provides stunning views out over the docks to the sea.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking not designated. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: head height restriction when stepping up to second floor. Note: The entrance is to the side of the property. Note: The stairs in this property are steep, so care must be taken.
