Il tavolo in cucina è sacrificato, ma per fortuna c'è un terrazzino. Posizione ottima per chi arriva in treno e per visitare il centro storico. Scelta valida per rapporto prezzo/posizione.
Il bagno è povero, c'è l'indispensabile ma manca il bidet! E aerazione e luce sono scarsi. Dalla strada e dal cortile interno rumori molesti del traffico e dell'aeratore del ristorante sotto casa. Terzo piano senza ascensore, ci vuole gamba!
