Appartamento Via dei Canacci 19

Absolutely amazing location especially if you’re looking to make day trips to smaller towns and beat the crowds! Also very spacious and the washer was a very appreciated touch. Was also nice a good water heater with access to a shower and a tub, a jetted tub no less!

A couple of struggles with the AC that the property manager never got back to me about but worked fine once I figured it out myself! The trick is to make sure that the fan itself is actually aiming the cool air downwards towards the bed or you will grill yourself alive at night. Also make sure it’s on cool mode and at the lowest degree possible, throw in a couple turbo cools and you’re set!

The location was good, near the historic centre. The wc was clean. Staff was polite and helpful.

I hate to write bad reviews. There was no way for me to avoid paying an extra 30 euros penalty for late check in (19:00) because only through a member of their staff could i have the keys to the apparent. From the online check in, you could only choose between 15:00-18:00. After that time they could not guarantee my reservation even though i had paid them in advance.Two pills were found accidentally, thankfully by my wife and not my kids, under her bedside table from previous guests. Along with the pills there was a lot of dust under the bed table and bed. Many furniture were in bad condition due to time and use. To sum up, for 430 euros spent for three nights, it was a disappointment.
