Das Personal ist so Mega höflich und hilfsbereit. Ein Mitarbeiter hat mich überall hingefahren. Das Onsen war auch super . Die Zimmer sind typisch japanisch und sehr groß , tolle Erfahrung. Zum Abschied gab es noch ein kleines Lunchpaket mit auf den Weg . Immer wieder gern . Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder .

The private onsen was great!
For people who are very sensible towards dust mites, it could trigger the allergy; but it's not dirty, it's quite clean.

室内の電源延長コードの配置が良かった。
埃等気になることはなく清潔だった。
フロントでのサービスのコーヒー、美味しかったです。
部屋の洗面台:お湯が出なかった、液体洗剤が乾涸びていた、棚の配置が悪くかがみ込むと頭をぶつける
大浴場:水やお湯が出ない蛇口が散見される
部屋にティッシュでは無く硬いペーパータオル？しか無かった。
連泊の場合、ペットボトルの水は泊数欲しかった(ウェルカムドリンクと書いてあったので仕方が無いか)
