The room was very spacious and clean. We really loved the private bath, and found the employees to be very welcoming and accommodating even with limited English. We also loved the breakfast buffet!

2nd time we have stayed here and everytime weve loved it !! Staff are lovely, food is great rooms are dated but clean. Location is great.

Having your own onsen (some rooms) is quite an experience. The futon mattress is comfortable. Very nice people working there doing their best even if language is sometimes a barrier.
The place has seen better days. The room was at ground level meaning everyone could see inside. It didn’t help that the reflective glass seems to have been installed the wrong way around (we couldn’t see the outside but they could see us). The breakfast is served in a very “school cafeteria” style room that is also used for the dinners (I would give those a pass given the quality of the ingredients used).
