Outside the house it feels unsafe and hazardous; once inside, it's safe and comfortable.

The room itself was spacious, very clean, and well-organized. The kitchen was well-maintained, and easy to work in. It felt safe and secure, once inside. The hosts were very responsive to a few issues that I brought up.

The AC unit didn't seem to properly work. One of the doors inside the property would not properly close. There was a stench of weed from neighboring units, and the immediate surroundings don't inspire confidence or safety. One night a fight nearly broke out between neighbors. There is no free parking available, despite what Booking.com advertised (but, on the plus side, the host was extremely responsive when I brought this up to them).

Nice place to stay, close to light rail train station, one minute walking distance. The apartment is equipped with all you will need. The guy next to the apartment is nice, however, he smokes weed, which you can smell when you open the apartment's door.

Location

If you don't smoke weed, you'll have a hard time. This house is constantly smoking, and the smell in your unit will be unbearable. There's a tent on the second floor of the building where a homeless person lives, reducing the feeling of safety.

All and all we had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay.

We liked the neighborhood but the apartments was pretty old and rundown on outside. However the inside space was nice and cozy and the bed was so comfortable! Also the Ac worked well and kept us nice and cool!

The bathroom was very tight with no sink space. Also the water in shower took forever to get hot. Lastly it would have been nice to have more than 1 towel each for 2 days.

Gute Lage. Ruhige und sichere Umgebung. Schöne Einrichtung. Sauber. Alle erforderlichen Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Bücher und Brettspiele. Gute und hilfreiche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über Email.
