Good location and private parking. Has a full kitchen.

I did an overnight stay there at the beginning of my trip and at the end of my trip.BOTH times, we had difficulty getting into the building. First time, we did not receive a door code to get in to the building. When we finally managed to get hold of someone, ( with the help of the tenant in the front house ) the code they gave us did not work and they had to let us in remotely. The second time, they sent the new door code in advance, but that did not open the door again. I had to call the person in charge again. Also, I think they should provide a small dining table with two chairs if they’re going to provide a full kitchen.

Clean, Calm, quiet and the location was super close to store and dining options as well as from the main freeway!

Everything was good, do wish there would’ve been a steamer or iron but besides that had everything you needed!

Has everything you could ever need, even if you forget something, along with all kitchen utensils and bathroom amenities. I didn't have to come in contact with the owner for any reason, but they were very respectful of privacy! Location is convenient, you're just far enough away from downtown and traffic, while still being close to anything you could want to do. VERY comfortable bed, good bathroom size, and enough space to sprawl out your luggage. The property is fairly close to a train station, but the train sounds aren't close enough to be bothersome. Would definitely stay here again for the location and price point!!!

The small, only thing I didn't like was that the studio would either be too cold or too "stuffy". The heating and air unit is large and quick enough to adjust to the temperature you desire as well. This could also just be a specific thing that I only experienced because the particular time I traveled here was when California was having a brief warm-spell after a cold winter.

Will stay here again very easy access the owner is very transparent
