This is one of the best places to be at they're very respectful, they check on you to make sure that if you need anything they can accommodate you. the place is very well clean it has accommodations that you probably wouldn't find at other places and they also have a very nice backyard where you can actually chill and relax. Rooms are very comfortable and overall it's one of the best places that I like to go to when I'm in Sacramento California

The house and location were perfect for our needs…really loved having the extra half bath, that was a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to park the cars behind the gate, felt very safe, we didn’t have any problems in the neighborhood anyway.And such a big backyard for the dogs, they actually had room to run! Eating dinner on the patio in the evening was also a highlight. The kitchen is very pretty and so are the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. Anything we needed or wanted was very close by…stores, restaurants, etc. And Vitaly bent over backwards to make our stay easy. Plan on staying again next year!

In town for a week on work. A little difficulty figuring out the access the first night of checkin. Otherwise, fantastic home with everything needed. Comfortable and secure. Lots of towels. Nice kitchen. The host communicates well and was able to extend our stay by one night when the job kept us longer. Definately recommend.

Our 2nd stay here was just as great as our 1st. We stay here while in town visiting family. The heavy duty gate provides safe parking, safe accommodations, and privacy. Very quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable.

We were in the area for a short stay to visit with family and go to the State Fair at Cal Expo. It was the perfect location for that with lots of food options around. It was obvious that Vitaly wanted his guests to feel at home. We appreciated the opportunity to park our car behind a secure gate and felt safe staying there. Communication was great. Would stay again if ever in the area.

I took all of the glowing reviews with a grain of salt -- perhaps a bit exaggerated. They were not. This home is beautiful, well-maintained, and well-stocked. As noted elsewhere, the neighborhood is a bit run-down but we never felt any issues with security. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This property has it all for a quick stay or months at a time. My wife and I travel for work and this is completely set up for our needs. With the added feature of a locked privacy gate, we felt super secure and safe. Super close to the Arcade Mall and within 10 minutes to downtown activities. Very large backyard for this area but unable to use it do to the crazy amounts of rain this winter but totally would have. We enjoyed having all the necessities for our stay, all we needed to do was buy groceries. Will definitely be staying here again as it is close for both my wife and I to commute to work. Thanks again

My husband and I were in Sacramento for 9 nights to visit my family over the holidays. We greatly appreciated the VRBO’s ample supply of dishes, towels, hangers, and kitchen items, such as freezer bags, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil. We were also thankful for the full-size washer and dryer. I would definitely consider staying here again.
