Luxurious but rustic decor, beams, stained concrete floors, beautifully furnished. One large master bedroom, King bed, with red sliding barn doors, high-end pull out couch, Queen bed, in living room plus two twins configured in a day bed. High end linens. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, eating area for four. Bath with shower/tub. Full laundry room with portacrib and changing table. High chair. WiFi, Comcast cable, flat screen TV. Amazon Alexa music. Lovely, private patio with table and four chairs, umbrella and lawn. Webber charcoal grill. Parking. This cottage is built on a 1.3 acre ranch-house estate in the Arden Oaks neighborhood of Sacramento. Winner of 2014 Coty Award for houses built in the under $250,000 category, Sacramento region.

Amazing, cozy, comfortable little cottage. Host was super helpful and communicated well. Place is in a good neighborhood close enough to the highway and food spots. Amazing experience 10/10 would recommend and would book again.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful and amazing neighborhood. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for having morning coffee outside and enjoying the amazing view. Very clean, well kept and cozy.

This has to be one of the nicest places we've ever stayed!
Set on a gorgeous, forested property in a beautiful neighborhood of winding streets and stunning homes canopied by stately old growth trees, the Guest Cottage is, simply, perfection. Bright, beautiful, cozily-appointed, with beamed ceilings, great light, big, airy rooms, and plenty of places to put things, it's easy to enjoy the space, and just BE.
There wasn't a thing we could think of that the owner had missed or left out; everything was arranged and designed for our comfort and enjoyment, so we were thrilled to spend our two nights in the "City of Trees" in this wonderful space.
Highly recommend and if we're in Sacramento again, we'll definitely make it a first choice accommodation.
