Very comfortable but like I said back yards a mess table was dirty yard needs severe maintenance
Felt back yard was very messy .the place needs a good update .seems like it was built and then forgotten about needs some love sorry nothing like the pics

Ok, but little attention to details. I would not recommend. I took pics and can upload to illuminate my concerns.
It was comfortable. And, the bed and bathroom items were the best!
- Wall art not secured properly (stucco wall hanger required- it kept falling) - Outdoor area, not raked or clean(McDonalds bag & wrappers, hibachi dirty & rusty, leaves & black trash piled in the corner) -wires hanging over Murphy bed -Outdoor gate had no string to pull latch open(you had to “reach over” to open the gate - thank heaven I’m tall!)

Cozy place with a comfortable bed. We appreciated the kitchen amenities.
I wanted to sit on the bench swing in the yard but the dead squirrel in front of it made me sad.

Really great getaway and located close to amazing restaurants! Love the separated driveway and fenced in tiny house, some extra privacy is always appreciated
