Nice clean cottage

The house has a lovely layout. Everything you could need was there (hooray for washer and dryer). It was clean and cosy. Emailing and texting with the owner went quick and friendly.

The table only has two chairs. It’s a 4 person cottage. Maybe put two folding chairs in the pantry? The house is Tucked away at the back of an alley. There are a couple of other houses as well. While the alley feels safe, it’s not really a an area to go out at night. The neighborhood does seem to be an upcoming neighborhood. The cottage is at the edge of a residential area.

Newer house, well equipped.

The house is modern with newer appliances. TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Matress very comfortable, nice bedding.

Stay in Sacramento

We enjoyed the first floor, it felt modern and we were able to use the amenities such as the laundry machine and dryer.

We found an orange that had been left behind the couch and was beginning to attract ants. The top floor didn't feel very clean, especially with noticeable stains on the carpet. Plus the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable, it was obviously an old bed and sunk down in the middle.

We left without staying when we realised how unsafe the location and laneway was. Not safe for women

The address was impossible to find and access was up a one way lane way. When I arrived I realised the location was downright dangerous for a female tourist to stay at with homeless people and drug addicts loitering around the laneway. I did not feel safe and left the property straight away and did not stay there. I paid for two nights for nothing. This location is NOT SAFE.
