I left my earbuds in one of the beds there on the Feb 6th. I've emailed them about it since I'm speech impaired and can't talk via phone but no response. The last location of the Samsung m earbuds was at the hotel clocked after we checked out.

This place feels very seedy and poorly run.

The room was fine, and the bed is pretty comfortable. The location was central to what we were there for. Fairly quiet location although there's a lot of traffic noise from Howe Ave.

The bathrooms are super outdated but functional. The hallways are dingy and the stairway between floors was disgusting - FILLED with cigarette smoke every time I used it (we had friends staying on the floor below). The staff at the front desk was very disorganized when I checked in and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to figure out whether they had a clean room available of the type that I had reserved. It was almost 4 pm so it's not like I got there early. The lobby/breakfast area looks like the dining room of a nursing home.

Larkspur Landing has lost its luster. It is no longer a luxury property, amenities??????

The front desk person on checkout.

New management/owner is apparently bargain branded “extended stay,” which made it appear to be a minimally upgraded motel. Front desk upon check-in was one person answering, phones, hotel guests questions, while attempting to be cordial to a line of people checking in. I could not tell the difference from the non-uniformed wearing housekeepers and the guests. The nondescript, unappealing bathroom dispensers were less than expected, from past twenty (20) visits, to various LL properties.

Very nice place

I've stayed at this property several times in the last few years. That is one of my favorite places to stay. The property is well maintained and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Well the included breakfast is basic, there are several other places close by.

There is an on-site laundry, but no supplies are provided for purchase.

Never Again!!!!

Location was great!

No fresh backed cookies The breakfast was horrible- The staff said they didn't receive the truck with the food for breakfast. No coffee cups. No cereal. Items they did have had no expiration dates on things like cream cheese and packaged hard bagels. They had syrup but nothing to put it on. No donuts or danishes even. A good manager would have ran to Raley's nextdoor. No accommodations offered. In the add there was also a little market area but the shelves are completely vacant. Not even a vending machine or hot chocolate packets. It was falsely advertised. Staff was friendly but the facility fell short. I will never bring my family to one of the Larkspur Hotels again

Location close to grocery store. Nice that room had separated bedroom and 2 televisions. Although we never get the continental breakfast, it is a great addition to any stay to have the option.

The breakfast was limited to simple pantry type items; bagel and creamcheese, boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, blueberry muffins, oranges, waffle in a bag, string cheese, fruit cup. I found the coffee very nice. No juices. Milk in a box.

Front desk rude and wrong upon arrival. Also charged me for parking when it clearly stated parking included on booking.com site. She was rude, refused to look at I fo on my phone. She lost a regular customer over her pride or whatever was going on there.

I requested a quiet location and they tried to accommodate me but it was noises from inside the room that I had to deal

Convenient location, clean facility, comfortable bed.

Mechanically noisy (AC, refrigerator, etc. I’m a light sleeper…). Had to use earplugs to sleep. Don’t count on the breakfast to be fulfilling; cold cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea and some fruit. If you’re wanting a hearty breakfast, there are off site choices nearby.

Location was perfect for a festival we attended at the Exhibition Centre. Room was big, quiet and the air con was efficient.

Breakfast options were limited, we ended up going to the Mel’s across the car park.
