    Staff were fantastic but short staffed. I had to bring up luggage cart up to my room and retrieve it day of check out too. Housekeepers were also short staffed? Dirty dishes still left in dishwasher-cycle was not started after last guest. Bathtub first didn't have a plug and engineering couldn't remove plug after my bath. Checked out with full tub! Star Lounge was awesome, sexy, and food amazing. Staff accommodating and helped with room issues.

    We had a very nice stay. I would definitely recommend people coming to visit sacramento to stay here. The room was very clean and very cute. I love that it felt historic, but at the same time had modern conveniences. And I'm very picky about my bed and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was decent and the dining room had a great atmosphere that felt high end.

    Came here for a night for work. Amazing building - beautiful interiors - great restaurant/bar! Everything was top notch! Loved the clean and well equipped rooms, the exposed brick, the cool common spaces and overall architectural beauty!

    Parking wont accommodate mid sized suv or larger vehicles so you’re on your own for parking. Hyatt only cleans the room every other day. The building, staff and rooms were great.
