Perfect location

There were some seedy looking folks in the back.

Coffee filter tray does not fit the slot.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Location to the airport was good. Price reasonable. Good free breakfast, it was constantly attended by staff, and quickly replenished.

The beds were very high and difficult for my parents to get in and out of. Plus the mattresses had absolutely no support. They were mushy and very soft and extremely difficult to comfortably sleep. I took a shower in the evening and next morning the bottom of my feet were black from walking barefoot on the room’s floor. And lastly, all during the night, we could hear what sounded like many birds chirping ALL night long. We got very little sleep if any.

Food was fine...location okay

The floors in our room was very dirty, my socks got black just walking on the floors. The tub had a cigarette burn which I told staff was NOT from us. They did not offer me any discounts after I asked about AAA,and Senior Citizen discounts.

Property was located in a great spot next to shopping and food.

During the night there were some disturbances of other guest fighting through the night which led to us not sleeping well. It seemed to be taken care of by morning. Just be mindful of your surroundings

Check in staff were very welcoming and liked how close it was to everything that I needed.

It could have been cleaner but wasn’t bad enough to make a fuss. Very loud surroundings with a lot of fast food restaurants meaning lots of traffic and people. Other people being very loud so definitely need to bring something to cover ears next time so don’t get woken up throughout the early hours.

It’s so dirty and we called to get it cleaned and nobody showed up. Floor were extremely dirty!!!

I don't like that there was a used syringe in the bathroom I feel some kind of compensation should be given for that.

the person at check in was a little rude and unhelpful, like I interrupted him watching YouTube . the elevator was broken . The worst part is the floor in the room was sticky , like they mopped it with apple juice.

I enjoyed the breakfast, size of the room, privacy, and the people at the front/check in area were really pleasant.

The room did have a funky smell but honestly got over it really fast. Also, to get to the hotel you gotta be dodging the cars going in and out from the In n Out so that was a little annoying.

The room itself wasn’t bad, floors were dirty, beds on metal frames n made a lot of noise. No fan in bathroom and light switches were half broken.

Horrible location, tons of homeless and prostitution going on. No security. My phone was stolen and my vehicle damaged and the property did Nothing about it. Staff was rude. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

1. Staff never answers the phone. Rings a million times. Sometimes will answer and hang up on you. 2. Staff is rude/dismissive. I asked one question in the morning to clarify how room cleaning works and not only received the most frustrating, nothing response, the front desk was sarcastic and rude. I called the front desk later after breakfast to double check if I could still get my room cleaned because cleaners came at 8 AM while I was in there getting ready. Front desk was rude, sarcastic and the response was as if it was on me to know how it works, even when the first time I attempted to ask they didn’t give me a straight answer. They told me cleaners would come back later . Came back to the room that night, was not cleaned so in the end the front desk was just rude to me clarifying a service and the service wasn’t even complete. 3. All of the staff seem like they would rather just never have to deal with guests ever again in their life. Only person on this team that had a single sense of doing even the bare minimum of hospitality was the gentleman on the first day of our trip (Thursday) who was receptive and helpful. Everyone else might as well have been an automated service with how little they chose to interact, engage or even attempt to give any effort.

Near by all the convenient stores.

Was put right next to the ice machine and the pool. The pool was open til midnight and there were kids screaming. Parking is tight. It’s over all noisy.

The ac didn't work it was very uncomfortable with humidity. The shower floor was rinse not.sceubed there was.fecal mater still on the floor.

I love the fact they had real breakfast. The room i was in was very nice and clean. Overall good deal and nicer than some I've stayed in . I would use them again and next time bring my swim suit.

Property was good, well maintained. I love it that it’s right next to in n out and chick fil a which was huge for the kids. Beds were very comfortable

The green looking jacuzzi, the outside of the property not clean and has a bad smell in certain locations outside. I didn't like the roach that was in my room. I didn't like the look of the ceiling in the shower it looks old.

The hotel is in a very sketchy part of Sacramento. The hotel room was not very clean. There was hair in one of the towels, and an orange stain or spot on the front door. The floor was dark but looked dirty. The beds are small and the mattress is bigger than the bed frame. The bed frame is metal and every time you move in bed it makes a lot of noise. Breakfast was included with this hotel but me and my kids were not able to actually have breakfast because we had a volleyball tournament we had to go to and because they open later on weekends the staff weren’t willing to give us anything to go.

We had extra trash from 10 days of vacation, & there were multiple outdoor trash cans near our room. The staff was very prompt & helpful - both checking in and checking out.

The La Quinta Inn was very difficult to find; it should never have been given an address on Madison Ave. The signage was pitiful, and the building was behind the In-N-Out Burger which blocked the view from Madison Ave. The breakfast area was very crowded, busy, & noisy. Worse, there was nowhere for us to sit down. Also, the breakfast choices were limited, so we went to Brookfield's Restaurant a couple of blocks west (across I-80); we chose our breakfasts from a complete & varied menu in a quiet and peaceful setting with a very attentive waiter.

Plenty pf parking, good location, clean comfortable room, free breakfast munchies. Would recommend for an easy stopover in Sacramento.
