This is a lovely decorated and spacious house. The art was great. Wonderful TV and rec room with pool table. We were 4 friends couples and it was very comfortable. It does help if you all get along as the master bedroom is exquisite, but the other three are comfortable and well appointed with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The kitchen appliances are modern Management was extremely responsive to our questions ( even stupid ones) and issues as they arose. In a secured neighborhood. Local restaurants such as Adama and Los Danzantes are an easy walk. But we walked 6-7 miles a day. Taxis back were around 100 pesos
Coffee pot could be updated to one that used paper filters. And bring your own dishwasher pods. It was very hard to buy locally!
