Overall it was a good value in a great location with great friendly staff .

Overall the facility was clean and the amenities were great. Location was decent and staff was very accommodating.

There was some small ants near the kitchen window that kept coming back even after cleaning and on one of the nights they ran out of gas so there was no hot water and the stove didn’t work. They did provide free breakfast since we couldn’t cook and they provided an electricity rod to be able to warm some water for a shower. It was only one night and they fixed the problem the very next morning.

Nice place, especially for the money spent.

Property manager Erica Chavez met us to explain the door code, etc. and other aspects of the unit, which was very spacious.

Fans at least in the rooms without A/C would have been great, given that it was hotter than usual while we were there. Also, Erica was responsive once learning about an issue, but we had a hard time getting ahold of her for a few days when a faucet in the shower fell off down the drain, so we couldn’t use that shower. She wasn’t on the premises; and I had texted her via IM, but i didn’t know she apparently doesn’t use that app — i think she mostly uses What’s App, which i was unfamiliar with. Luckily we ran into her on the street, and she did have someone come the next day to fix the problem. Bottom line: it’s important to be told the best method to contact her.

Superb location outside Centro. Manager Erika was great. Very clean. Air conditioning works. Mirrors in the bedrooms, nice desk lamps and a desk. Cable TV available, although we didn’t use it. Neighborhood has some really good restaurants within walking distance. Good internet.

The hot water was a little unreliable at times. The kitchen had only the basic supplies, so we purchased some wine glasses, a corkscrew, and a lime press. It would have been nice to find a pair of scissors in the kitchen, a dish towel, and a broom with dustpan. I slept well, but my friends found the beds very hard.

Stressful. I got very little sleep because of the hardness of the bed.

The location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the maids and manager.

When I booked it, I told the owner I have two dogs and would be bringing them because I was moving to Oaxaca. Online, I was given a price of 33,490.80 pesos, or $1,676 for two weeks. When I arrived, I was told the price increased to over 44,000 pesos, or $2,127.51, which is a lot for Oaxaca. They charged me 12,000 pesos for the dogs. I would expect luxury accommodations at that price, but the beds are as hard as a rock. I brought a mattress topper, but it made little difference. There is not a manager on duty, so when one neighbor was upset about my dogs barking, he left me a nasty note. I had left my phone number with his wife, but she punched in the wrong number. If this person could have alerted a staff member, the problem would have been avoided. But a staff member is only there when people check in or to clean.

La ubicación, la limpieza

Mencione que iba a llegar a las 3-4 pm pero hubo un accidente en carretera y llegué a las 9 de la noche. Se supone que me habían enviado un código para entrar y cuando intenté ponerlo en la cajita digital no existía el símbolo de # que era parte del gato, había un número para que me pudieran atender y marque. El señor súper grosero diciéndome que a TODOS los clientes se lo había mandado así y no había ningún problema, cuestionándome si sabía lo que era el símbolo de # cuando en su cajita no existía, solo había un tache. El señor insistía, y no me ayudaba, estábamos cansados y me dice voy manejando, ahorita le marco, esperamos 30 minutos y no marcaba, volvimos a marcar y él señor contesta como si nada… si en qué le puedo ayudar??? Señor pues queremos entrar y él seguía insistiendo que ese era el código, hasta que nos dice le voy a marcar a la chica encargada ahí, le pedimos su número, nosotros le marcamos, hicimos una videollamada y por fin vio que el código que nos daba estaba mal, nos proporcionó otro. Pero tardamos casi una hora y media en poder entrar. Horrible atención al cliente y servicio

bien, pero el hotel se quedó sin agua y no había alguien para solucionarnos.

Justo un día antes de comenzar la Guelaguetza, amanecimos sin agua y no hubo alguien que nos pudiera ayudar o dar explicaciones. Pésimo servicio ya que no pudimos ducharnos ese día y despuésde un apr de hrs llegó una pipa. Muy mala experiencia que el hotel se haya quedado sin agua :(

No hicieron la limpieza diario, quedaron de llevarnos agua y nunca llegó; además de que sin avisar el último día antes de las 12 nos cortaron el agua.
