Horrible stay.

Horrible host, rude and invasive. He didn't warn us that the cleaning staff would be coming in, while he knew we had dogs. One of our dogs almost got lost. He was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The place itself had horrible beds, with springs poking our backs. Outdated place, cold and badly decorated. Overall DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Decent accommodation for a good price

The city center is a couple blocks away, there is space to park the car inside and the staff is very friendly

The upstair rooms receive a lot of noice since they are right next the street; a shower was not working in the morning, and the water that will come out first was black; clean water would come out quickly after that

It was a nice 10 minute walk to the zocolo, we could park the car on site. Nice private courtyard to relax after a day exploring, adequately appointed kitchenette clean and nicely presented. Good for family groups.

Beds were a little hard by American standards but this is not America. It was not enough to detour me from staying again

Great if you're a big group and want a place to yourselves.

Hummingbirds among the trees in the back garden and the views from the roof (accessible by ladder). Friendly staff. The cafe next door is excellent value. Great location for walking in to the centre.

Mattress toppers and bedside lamps would improve the experience. Also the road outside is quite noisy.

Exceptional

We rented 5 rooms and we ended up with the whole Casa refugio. We were alone in this villa, it was very calm and charming.

Perhaps the accommodation was slightly rudimentary but other factors did make up for it

Que el lugar fuera solo para nosotros , eso nos dio seguridad

Las habitaciones, la cocina, los baños necesitan inversión, un buen cambio de imagen y cuidados. Aunque el lugar está limpio no es muy agradable a la vista... y darle solución al ruido externo con aislantes El lugar tiene mucho potencial pero hay que hacerle inversión.

Una estancia que cumple las 3 B (Buena, bonita y barata)

La cercania, el trato con el host y la señora con el personal.

Hay bastante ruido desde la ventana de los cuartos superiores por el tránsito de la calle; sin embargo, el host amablemente nos brindó la opción de reembolso inmediatamente si queríamos cambiarnos de hospedaje pero al final decidimos quedarnos y comprar tapones de oídos. Siempre nos brindó una solución.

Es una buena ubicación, tuvimos café, jugo y pan de dulce empaquetado, grande la casa, varias habitaciones y cada una con baño privado.

Los colchones duros, el agua caliente no es suficiente, algunos nos bañamos con agua fría, íbamos 10 personas y se acaba.

Salimos a desayunar todos los días pero se agradece el café que nos dejaron, los jugos y el pan.

No nos gustó que las habitaciones daban a la calle y no había forma de contrarrestar el ruido, sobre todo las habitaciones de la planta baja. Además faltaría una buena fumigación pues había cucarachas en el lugar de reunión de la planta baja. Es época de lluvias y suele haber cucarachas pero se puede fumigar.

El lugar es muy lindo y acogedor. Céntrico. Los encargados del lugar (personal de limpieza y quién me respondió los mensajes) muy agradables y atentos. Sin dudar volvería.
