Good place, bad service. central location but for the price we expected more.

Very nice

The location was within walking distance to most of the historical sights. The room was clean and modern. The bathroom and shower were spacious. Instructions to access the proprty were clear and easy to follow

The water pressure of the shower and vanity was questionable. No house keeping for the duration of the 3 night stay.

All shabby - no chic

The only thing we liked was the location

Terrible customer service and no support from the owner. It’s filthy and shabby . Marks all over the walls , stinking drains , no hot water, insects crawling through a big space under front room window , cobwebs, cracks in walls . We had flat d1 which ‘is furthest away from heating system’ we had to have the hot tap on for 25 minutes to get warm/ tepid water in the bathroom. Rather than help us , the owner told us that we were wrong . Everytime we needed help it was 48 hours for a reply . We left a few days early because it was that bad . Looks good in photos online but was a mess in real life. We paid around £100 per night to be there - was worth about £30 in my view as an experienced traveler. Needs a deep clean and a new boiler .

Schönes Zimmer zentrumnah

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war sogar viel schöner als auf dem Foto. Das Gebäude war sehr schön und es gab viele Pflanzen in der Umgebung. Vor dem Zimmer gab es draußen einen großen Tisch mit Stühlen und oben auf dem Dach hatte man ebenso einen Blick von der Stadt. Da hatte ich dennoch keine Sitzmöglichkeiten gesehen. Die Lage war sehr gut und ruhig obwohl Zentrumnah und es gab einige Cafés sowie Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und groß für zwei Personen. 1 Tisch, 1 Ventilator, 1 Minikühlschrank, Fernseher, 2 Schränke, 2 Nachttische. Das Internet war gut. Im Badezimmer, das ebenso groß war, hatten wir Seife, Hand- und Badetücher, Shampoo, warmes Wasser, Toilettenpapier. Alle drei Tage wurden die Zimmer sauber gemacht. Señora Eva, die Dame die unsere Zimmer sauber gemacht hatte, war sehr nett und freundlich. Sie hat uns Tipps gegeben und über die Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in Oaxaca anlässlich des Tages der Toten informiert. Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner und gemütlicher Aufenthalt und werden sicher wieder da übernachten, wenn wir in Oaxaca sind.

Un lugar tranquilo y acogedor si no tienes problema con caminar hacia el centro

Un alojamiento bastante cómodo y lindo y con aire acondicionado que se agradece porque durante el día se juntaba mucho calor en la habitación. Al estar un poco apartada del centro era bastante tranquilo durante la noche y cerca habían cafeterías y bares hermosos.

Es un poco más antigua y la cama más pequeña de lo que se ve en fotos, pero en general todo muy bien.

DECEPCIONANTE

La ubicación está cómoda cerca del centro

El departamento que nos asignaron D3 , muy decepcionante ya que la fotografías que están en Booking , ninguna es de ese departamento en particular, el cual en la parte de sala no tiene comedor solo una barra con bancos muy incómodos , no tiene aire acondicionado, solo cuenta con un triste ventilador que no satisface para todos los ocupantes, no sirvió el internet cuando llegamos al reportar se nos indicó que la persona del aseo está de 8:00 a 15:00 horas y dentro de ese horario se puede solicitar cualquier apoyo fuera de ese horario se complica ya que no hay personal de apoyo y sólo por mensaje de WhatsApp se puede hacer contacto, con el detalle que lo contestan al día siguiente a primera hora , es decir un trato poco usual para unos huéspedes que pueden necesitar algo por la tarde noche
