I liked the location.

The towels and there was no breakfast.

1.) Location - Very close to Termini Station. Major sights are at least 20 min walk. 2.) Mattress - Firm and comfortable.

1.) Price a.) We paid $1300 CAD or 1000 Euros plus 36 Euros for taxes for 3 nights. DOESN'T include breakfast at all. We only stayed for one night and had to leave because of the conditions and issues we had. 2.) Safety a.) The doors were so thin, they'll probably go down with one decent kick, the deadbolt was flimsy and the door frame was broken. b.) The surrounding area outside felt unsafe and smelt like urine. 3.) Very Misleading Listing a.) There's NO way this is a 4 star hotel, more like 1 star or 2. b.) The pictures are so far off the real place. 4.) Management a.) Disorganized - We came from a long flight and when we got to the hotel, It took us two trips to the lobby up and down the stairs to get the "right" key card, so we can have power in our hotel room. Our room was 104, and we were given a keycard that said 212, told staff about it, didn't listen, so up and down the stairs twice we went. Whenever we talk to reception about the issues were having, they can't seem to be bothered from their "cigarette break" in the back room, it seemed like they kept passing us around and yelling at each other, and we had to explain the issue twice to two different staff member. When we checked out, they were speaking in Italian and were laughing at us, while we were walking out - felt like they were mocking us. b.) Cleanliness - We had to change our room because it was too dirty (balls of hair on floor, mud stains on floor tiles, dust layers on windowsills, brown water coming from toilet, questionably clean sheets). Staff stated, "we cleaned this morning", when I showed the balls of hair and the floor, they immediately changed our room). c.

The bed was hard shower was filthy dirty a client that came before me didn’t have a toilet seat in his room and was complaining and I told him he had to wait to the next day definitely definitely not a four-star hotels

it’s not clean properly, the facilities are very dirty, dainty, smell not good and way below 4 star. Not good value for your money. The receptionist we met on our arrival was very rude, arrogant and not to mention very aggressive which he tried to intimidate my partner and I.

It is very close to the termini train station which also has its disadvantages

We arrived and were given keys to a room. When we went up the room hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. It was also two single beds pushed together and we had requested and been approved for a large double bed so i asked to be changed. First impressions were not good with the general areas quite dirty. I went to reception and was met with a very unhelpful staff member I was told to wait at the room and they would come and move us to another room. The cleaner arrived instead and started cleaning the room for us. I had to go back down to reception again where they argued about moving us and walked off with us none the wiser as to what was happening. After about 15 minutes we were moved to another room. This room had a large double bed but was tiny. In terms of clean it was very poor, the carpet clearly hadn't been hovered properly, window sill left black mark on your hand if you touched it, shower was all mould and filthy. We had no towels and one flat as a pancake pillow each. The mattress was slightly exposed and it was ancient and yellow. We asked for towels and they gave us towels that you would get in a hospital. The shower was pathetic. We asked for extra pillows and got one as that was all they had We stayed as prices elsewhere were so so high but this is not a hotel worthy of 4 stars... more like 1 if even. The staff for the most part are extremely unhelpful and dismissive. I also had to go out at 9 one night as the 'bar' in the hotel hadn't any water and as a woman I was of course very wary. I was followed by an extremely sinister man who had ample opertunity to pick pocket/ Rob me but instead tried to follow me into the hotel. It was a terrifying experiance and it is not an area safe for a woman on her own at all.

La casa es preciosa y tiene de todo. El patio da mucha vida y está super bien ubicado. Muy limpio y las chicas encantándolas.

Todo estaba perfecto.

Las recámaras agradables y bien ambientadas

El lugar, el acceso Da la impresión de inseguro.

Nos gusto las habitaciones limpias y agradables. La comodidad del patio que conecta con todas las habitaciones nos da libertad como grupo de reunirnos . Todos los cuartos estaban equipados con los necesario como los baños y la cocina. Nos encanto la cercanía de la casa con el centro turístico. Todo fue maravilloso y excelente.

El baño exterior de abajo no salía agua caliente para la ducha.

Hotel murdar, camere infecte, prosoape murdare, pline de par, praf peste tot, sarme electrice pe jos. Pericol pt sanatate. Este o rusine ca acest hotel este listat pe booking. Nu este corect ca am fost obligati sa platim o noapte pt ceva ce nu este corelat cu descrierea de pe booking.

Ingresso che puzza (deve esserci un bagno intasato) già dall'ingresso. Receptionist in nero che non parla la lingua italiana. Struttura che cade a pezzi; quasi non agibile, da chiudere subito con segnalazione alle autorità.

Costosissimo e senza servizi. Se mi avessero denudato all'ingresso e preso tutti i soldi sarebbero stati piu' onesti.

Dire pessimo è fare un complimento. Il mantenimento delle quattro stelle che qualcuno gli ha dato ( forse in un passato glorioso) è del tutto ingiustificato, trae in inganno i malcapitati clienti ed è completamente incomprensibile (!) Cominciamo dall’insegna e dall’ingresso, fatiscenti e sporchi. Il portiere dietro un bancone sul quale regna un disordine inenarrabile, con carte e cartacce disseminate alla rinfusa. Un arredo e decorazioni di antico splendore ormai decaduto, deturpato da polvere, graffi e incuria, con bruttissime porte tagliafuoco che nessuno ha minimamente tentato di mimetizzare. Ti consegnano un badge sporco di adesivo annerito e contrassegnato da un’etichetta con sù scritto, a mano, il numero della tua stanza (badge senza alcuna custodia come si conviene ad un albergo minimamente dignitoso). Arrivi al piano della tua stanza e la trovi (inspiegabilmente) aperta. Stanza che ti conferma, aggravato, il senso di fatiscenza, incuria e sporco insopportabile, che già avevi avvertito entrando nella struttura. Cavi del televisore lasciati liberi, muri sporchi e graffiati, cassette elettriche aperte, copriletto liso, parquet di colore indefinito, piuttosto scuro con sensazione di scarsa attività di pulizia, specchio con macchie da degrado, televisore con canali limitati, impianto di climatizzazione dal funzionamento dubbio,cassaforte presente ma non funzionante. Il bagno (piccolissimo) con lavello da casa dei sette nani, senza finestra e con aereatore silente, rubinetteria, telefono doccia, altri accessori metallici e marmi incrostati, guarnizione dell’anta doccia staccata, pulsante dello sciacquone che si blocca, dotazioni da toeletta, asciugamani e telo da bagno al minimo sindacale sia per numero che per dimensioni e consistenza; dulcis in fundo, un bel capello lungo e scuro attaccato al lavandino!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était bon et bien desservi.

La chambre était vétuste, sous équipée, mais surtout très très sale ! Nous avons pris des photos, si besoin, pour le prouver: rideaux tachés, hygiène douteuse de la literie, pas de serviettes, rideau de douche dégoûtant et qui ne tient pas, pommeau de douche bloqué sur un jet découpant... et j'en passe. Ce séjour a été un cauchemar malgré le prix élevé et les étoiles de l'hôtel qui étaient clairement fictives.

I cuscini un pò tanto bassi. Un consiglio... aggiungete uno/due cuscini nell'armadio, se qualcuno preferisce dormire con i cuscini "alti"

Era sporco, moquette vecchia e impolverata nelle stanze, piastrelle rotte in bagno, doccia senza tendina, prezzo a mio avviso troppo alto rispetto alla qualità

intanto la camera che mi spettava non era ancora pronta ,e quindi mi hanno assegnato un altra stanza abbastanza fatiscente,premetto sono arrivata dopo le ore 14 come da prenotazione. il bagno aveva il box doccia che mancava un pezzo ,la tv non funziona benissimo

Struttura esterna ai limiti del fatiscente inserita in un contesto di degrado disperatamente avanzato. A cominciare dalla porta di ingresso della camera (in legno, più volte danneggiata e riparata con chiodi e colla), per poi passare alla moquette dalla fragranza di muffa, sporca e trasandata, arrivando al bagno con la tendina della doccia (4*!!!) annerita nella metà inferiore con la strisciata di ruggine dalle gocce che colano inesorabilmente dalle crepe nel soffitto. Dulcis in fundo: ho ritrovato sotto al letto uno scontrino accartocciato risalente a circa 1 settimana prima (ergo: le pulizie non venivano eseguite da almeno 7 giorni, e a giudicare da sporco e polvere accumulata negli angoli sono pronto a scommettere che i giorni fossero nettamente di più). Assolutamente da eliminare dal catalogo di scelta Booking, dalla realtà e se possibile anche dalla memoria!

La Camera piccolissima x due persone, piena di polvere ho chiesto di poter cambiare il trapuntino perché sentivo la polvere dato che sono allergica, ma non mi hanno accontentata. Il soffione della doccia spruzzava acqua ovunque, il copri water ingiallito.. Le mattonelle del bagno bianche di calcare e arrugginte.. Per il prezzo che ho pagato 150 euro + tasse di soggiorno 6 euro a testa e nemmeno la colazione, non ci ritorno più ovviamente.

Kradzież najprawdopodobniej przez osobę sprzątającą pamiątki z pokoju. Brak jakiejkolwiek rekompensaty, zadośćuczynienia czy też starań ze strony personelu aby wyjaśnić sprawę, odzyskać utraconą rzecz. Tylko 1 gniazdko w całym pokoju.

La primera noche de nuestra llegada nos dieron una habitación doble, cuando habíamos reservado una triple, ya que éramos 3 personas, esa noche tuvimos que dormir todos en la misma cama porque según ellos hasta el día siguiente no tenían una triple. después al pagar la tasas Booking nos había dicho que eran 24 euros y ellos nos cobraron 34 euros, osea 10 euro más.

Sono stato una notte,per carità camera bruttissima tralasciata..con una finestra piccolissima (altro che panorama fantastico...vedevo il montacarichi,piccolissima,non ha neanche lo spazio per aprire la valigia,bagno piccolissimo e doccia che cade a pezzi...se apri la porta del bagno tocca il letto...deludente...220€ e di stelle non ne ho visto
