The house is located in a quiet area with a view of the Allgäu Mountains.
Administrative offices, restaurants, a heated outdoor pool, outdoor and indoor playgrounds, tennis courts, and a Kneipp facility are all within a short walking distance.
The nearby Grüntensee lake offers swimming and boat rentals. There is also a climbing garden. Both are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes and silverware.
The living room has a dining area for 6 people, a cozy seating area (4 armchairs + 1 table), a floor lamp, cable TV, a stereo system, and internet.
Both bedrooms have a double bed; one also has cable TV.
The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, a sink, and a hair dryer.
There is also a separate guest restroom with a sink.
A clothes drying rack, ironing board, and iron are also provided.
