The cottages are cozy and modernly furnished and feature all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation, such as a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and an inviting living room. Pets are allowed in the vacation homes, so you can enjoy your vacation with your four-legged friend.

On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a guest restroom, and a spacious living-dining room with a bay window. On the first floor, two bedrooms comfortably accommodate five adults. A crib for children up to 3 years old is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Additionally, two adults can stay in the basement, which has its own bathroom and toilet.
In the spacious living room, you’ll find a cozy sofa area and a bay window with a seating area. From here, you’ll enjoy a wonderful south-facing view of the Alpspitz and the Reutter Wanne. In winter, you can soak up the sun in the bay window; in the summer months, the large south-facing terrace with direct access to the garden invites you to relax and unwind.
The eco-friendly timber construction, made from local, untreated wood, offers a peaceful and cozy living atmosphere.
Within a 100-meter radius are a swimming pool and an adventure and indoor playground. In winter, a cross-country ski trail and a children’s sledding hill are located in the immediate vicinity.
Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
