This detached house is situated in a magnificent location on the upper Gamssteige, about 950 m above sea level. The garage is a separate structure. The beautiful 810-square-meter property invites you to play and relax on the large terrace. The terrace is secluded from prying eyes, yet offers a fairytale-like panorama. The view stretches from Mittelberg past Wertach—with its beautiful mountain ridges—to the striking Grünten and on to the Reuterwanne and the Alpspitze. In winter, you can watch the ski activity at the upper Buronlift from the Reuterwanne. To the east, the Alpspitze—Nesselwang’s local mountain—rounds out the magnificent panorama. It really makes you want to set out on a hike right away. The terrace faces south and west, capturing the last rays of the day’s sun, often accompanied by the alpenglow. Thanks to the glass patio doors, the view—especially of the Grünten and Reuterwanne—remains unobstructed even from the living and dining areas. If you like, you can turn on the outdoor lighting in the garden at night—curtains are unnecessary, as there are no dark window fronts. Just nature.
The approximately 100 m² house offers plenty of space even when fully occupied. To ensure everything runs smoothly—even with many guests—there are 2 bathrooms: a spacious bathroom with a toilet, including a washer and dryer, as well as a separate toilet, also featuring a spacious shower. Both bathrooms, the hallway, and the entryway are equipped with underfloor heating for cozy warmth. The house has a total of 6 beds, as well as 2 large bunk beds, each providing 2 comfortable sleeping spots. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and its own TV; there is also enough space here for a fold-out cot. Another bedroom is furnished with 2 beds and a loft bed that sleeps 2; the children’s room features a bunk bed and another loft bed that sleeps 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator with a large separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and all necessary kitchenware and appliances. A large storage room is available for skis, suitcases, patio furniture with lounge chairs, etc. The living room, which includes a dining area, exudes a cozy atmosphere with a comfortable sofa set and a country-style corner bench. There is also a bookshelf with plenty of games, a large television with a recording function, Wi-Fi access, and two large electric storage heaters that ensure clean air in the vacation village. A large terrace with a magnificent view rounds out the picture.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
