Haus Hoher Ifen—South-facing with alpine charm (16):
The “Hoher Ifen” vacation home has been family-owned since 1961 and is located in the top row of the vacation village. The sunny south-facing location offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding Allgäu meadows and mountains. At the same time, the vacation village’s amenities are within easy reach. A well-maintained yew hedge on the terrace provides wind protection and a high degree of privacy.
The house combines the character of a classic Allgäu vacation home with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. Lovingly preserved retro elements lend the rooms a special charm without sacrificing contemporary comfort.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable HD TV, a DVD player with an USB port, and mini hi-fi systems with CD and USB capabilities in the living area and the basement.
The kitchen features a stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, and is fully equipped for self-catering.
The vacation home offers a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as an additional toilet in the basement. A washing machine is also available.
There is a foosball table in the basement, offering additional recreational options.
The house also includes a lockable garage. You can pull up right next to the house to load and unload.
Depending on availability, a mini-grill, a sled, and an inflatable baby pool can be borrowed through the property management. These are located in the boiler room and can be borrowed as needed.
