Pets are allowed in the vacation homes, so you can bring your four-legged friend along on your vacation.

Wooden vacation home with a large garden (B12a):

Welcome to the Julis vacation home, an eco-friendly wooden structure with a special ambiance. Dark on the outside and light, friendly, and cozy on the inside, featuring natural wood. Centrally located in the vacation village; just a short walk to the front desk, outdoor pool, game house, children’s playground, tennis court, and restaurants (Wildbachalm, Altes Reichenbach).

Ground Floor: Spacious dining and living area with a cozy dining nook and a large corner bench in the sunny bay window. The spacious sitting area with a sofa set is perfect for a cozy evening of TV, games, or reading. Cable TV and internet access (including Wi-Fi) are available. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a new built-in kitchen (including a dishwasher). The entryway features a coat closet, a half-bath with shower, a large built-in closet, and access to the single-bed guest room.

From the spacious south-facing terrace, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Allgäu mountains. In the storage room next to the front door, you’ll find patio furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, a high chair, a clothes rack, a sled, a grill, and more.

Attic: Large bedroom with a Swiss stone pine double bed and a folding baby bed; a cozy, bright alcove with a desk and shelves, as well as direct access to the bathroom with a toilet and sink. The children’s room is furnished with two wide single beds with spring mattresses (1.20 x 2 m).

The semi-detached house includes a single-car garage with storage space for bicycles, skis, etc. Additional parking spaces are available near the garage or directly on the cul-de-sac in front of the house entrance. In front of the south-facing terrace, there is a large lawn at your disposal.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
