Apartamento Junto a Plaza del Salvador

Son emplacement idéal dans le centre historique. Le calme de l’immeuble et l’absence de bruit de la rue. La propreté de l’appartement.

Salle de bain/toilettes vraiment exiguë avec plafond moisi. Absence de télévision alors que cela figure dans la liste des équipements. La belle terrasse mise en avant sur les photos ne fait pas partie de l’appartement. Il s’agit d’une terrasse commune en toiture de l’immeuble. Lit avec matelas en mousse vraiment trop mou.

El alojamiento está perfectamente ubicado en la ciudad. Aunque la zona es bulliciosa, la vivienda es tranquila. El personal es muy atento y responde rápido cualquier duda o consulta La cama es bastante cómoda Cocina amplia y cómoda

El baño es muy pequeño

Súper céntrico para visitar la ciudad, el apartamento es tranquilo y apenas se escuchaba el jaleo de la calle

El sofá es bastante incómodo y la ducha minúscula, el lavavajillas no funcionaba.

The location of the apartment is excellent, just two to three metres from Plaza del Salvador. The apartment is quiet and very minimal noise is heard from the outside. There is also a roof terrace available. Overall, I considered the apartment to be very safe. The owner is a lovely lady who made it possible for us to check in earlier than the stipulated time.

To be fair, it was stated that the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and has no lift, so be prepared for a laborious journey up 3 flights of steep steps every time you are in and out of the apartment. This gets even more tiring if you are carrying heavy luggage! On entering the apartment, you are faced with a place in dire need of a lot of TLC. Although the basic facilities are there, they need to be thoroughly updated. Furniture seems to be stuck in the 80's and 90's. The sofa in the living room was stained and not exactly clean. The cherry on the cake was a TV set without any stations since we were told that the antenna had to be repaired. The kitchen, although well stocked with crockery and cutlery also needs a thorough revamp. Appliances such as the electric kettle and coffee machine look dated and make the place look shabby and uninviting. There are two rickety wooden chairs and a wooden table which also require an upgrade. The bedroom needs to be changed completely. Primarily there is no AC in the bedroom. The bed is probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The foam mattress is extremely soft and very uncomfortable to use. The bed frame is also unsightly and one has to be very careful not to accidentally hit one's toes while moving around the bed. The bathroom needs some shelf space. Water pressure was at an absolute minimum. Towels provided were greyish looking giving the impression that they are not clean.
