The location was perfect and the listing is very accurate. Javier communicated well and met us upon arrive that was very helpful as it was our first time. The roof top deck was the best part we used it often and a great view.

Our stay in Seville had some positives, and the location truly made the experience enjoyable—it was central, convenient, and allowed us to easily explore the city. The apartment was also clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. However, the unit was much smaller than we expected based on the listing and photos, which made the space feel quite tight for our stay. The upstairs patio was a great feature and we did enjoy it, but it should be clearly stated that it is shared with the entire building and not private to the unit. Additionally, it gets quite hot up there, so an umbrella or shade would really improve the space.Also, guests should be aware that the apartment is on the top floor, so you need to climb stairs with luggage, which could be challenging for some and would be helpful to know in advance.In terms of communication, the manager was responsive on the first day, but after that, communication dropped off and our messages went unanswered, which made it difficult when we had questions during our stay.Overall, while the location and patio added to a positive experience, the smaller-than-expected space, unclear details about shared amenities, and inconsistent communication impacted our stay.
