The hostess was very warm and welcoming. Provided a nice touch by providing kit and snacks on arrival and was very courterous and responded to all our questions and mentioned was only a call away in case we needed any help.
Nothing to not like, stayed for few days and all the days we hardly had any trouble and enjoyed the stay. Nothing to complain at all

Beach couldn't be closer. Kitchen well equipped for self catering, if you want, and if not, the restaurant Magnan is just around the corner. Groceries and boulanger nearby too. Tram, bus and Lime/Pony bikes just nearby. Washing machine. Separate bedroom. The terrace isn't huge, but you get to sit outside, and that makes a difference. The view to the promenade and the bay was better than expected -- about 45 degrees. I see some people complain about the deposit. It is mentioned in the small print, and it wasn't really any issue.
Not much drawers for clothes and stuff.
With a direct view to the promenade, some noise from the traffic is to be expected.
A single key meant we had to make arrangements when we had separate activities.
