We had a great stay at Studios Nice on the French Riviera, Daniel our host was warm and very welcoming and a lovely gesture of a bottle of cold French rose wine. I would highly recommend you stay at the apartment on your travels to Nice

The location is in front of the tram, and not far from the airport. The beach is walking distance. If you want to go to old town, it’s not far. I always took the tram to old town; my destinations were 20-25 minutes away maximum this way (including tram and walking). Safe building and accommodations. Very clean. Daniel was lovely!

The place was close to the beach, and the tram, and being hot out, it was good to come back to the AC for sleeping.
The pool was not open for use. The toilet did not flush well.
