An awesome little studio right in the middle of everything — the beach, trams, old town, restaurants, all within a few minutes on foot. Daniel, the host, was the kind of guy who clearly loves his city: full of great suggestions and super welcoming. The apartment was clean, bright, and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Not cheap, but hey, you’re in Nice. Totally worth it for the vibe and convenience.
I wish parking downstairs was cheaper. Street parking (paid) is also available though

Out host Daniel was very friendly and nice, helpful.
Location is perfect just by the beach.

Very clean, cozy apartment. It was a little further out than usual for me but tram and bus are just minutes away and I felt very safe in the building as it's well staffed. Plus the beach is just steps from the door. There was also a supply of toilet roll, tissues, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, shower gel. All of which were much appreciated. Daniel was very kind and welcoming. He even left a bottle of rose wine chilling in the fridge! Lovely to sip on the balcony.

The place was close to the beach, and the tram, and being hot out, it was good to come back to the AC for sleeping.
The pool was not open for use. The toilet did not flush well.
