Damon was an excellent host and was very responsive to my requests. The location was great near major tube routes and in an historic location next to the financial district. Lots of great places to eat nearby. The apartment was very clean and had lots of thoughtful small touches which made my stay easy and comfortable.
I didn't mind the street markets on the street below but some might. The windows are hard to open, and you might not like the noise when you do, especially on the weekends, but it's a major metropolis, and street noise comes with the territory.

Central location , close to the tube.
Early morning food markets setting up right outside your window so no sleep ins., not a big deal if you are an early riser.

Location, cleaning, host responsiveness.
Layout of the apartment and lack of small details, such as a place to hold towels, and a proper blackout in the sleeping room. It was still very bright even with closed curtains.

Check in hat problemlos funktioniert, super Lage (3 U-Bahn Stationen im Umkreis von 5 Minuten), Tower zu Fuß erreichbar, Ausstattung in Ordnung (wir haben nur Frühstück gemacht), ausreichend USB Steckdosen, cooler Innenhof, den wir an den heißen Sommerabenden gerne genutzt haben. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt!
Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit, den Müll zu trennen. Das ist für uns absolut nicht zeitgemäß und fühlt sich ganz komisch an, wenn vom Glas über Papier bis zu den leeren Plastikflaschen alles in den Restmüll kommt; deshalb haben wir 2 Punkte abgezogen, und nur deshalb.
