A pleasant and clean apartment, has everything you'll need. Great location, very close to the Aldgate Metro and Bus station. The apartment has 3 small supermarkets and resturaunts close by.

The building is badly maintained and has serious humidity problem and bad smell, possibly due to a recent leakage. Inside the flat, both the sink and w/c had problems which were eventually fixed but affected our stay. The team from Homely Stays was very responsive and we appreciate that finding a plumber on New Year's is not easy but the issue would not have arisen in the first place, if someone had diligently inspected the flat prior to our arrival. Moreover, we would have expected some refund due to this problem or at least the offering of an extra cleaning as a gesture from the hosts since the plumber had to come twice to the flat during our stay but neither happened, we were just informed that the cleaning team "emptied the pan under the sink so that it does not overflow". The equipment & extras in the flat are the bare minimum e.g. no hand soap, no garbage bag in the toilet etc.
