Olmo45 apartment

I had an excellent stay at this apartment and can confidently say it has been the best accommodation I have stayed in during my work-related travels in Italy so far. The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was always available to help, answer questions, and provide recommendations. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. It offers a wonderful combination of historic charm and modern amenities, and the location is excellent for exploring the city. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail. There was a coffee machine with espresso, breakfast items available, excellent Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything needed for a comfortable stay. As I was attending a conference and had to participate in online meetings, the reliable internet connection was extremely helpful. What impressed me most was the amount of information prepared for guests. The apartment contains detailed guides and recommendations about local restaurants, cafés, places to visit, and things to do in the city. Every morning I could enjoy my coffee while planning the day using the information provided. I had read a few comments mentioning noise, but during my stay in June this was not an issue. The room had effective air conditioning, an additional fan, a comfortable mattress, and an excellent bathroom. Everything was designed to make guests feel at home. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness, comfort, facilities, hospitality, and attention to detail were all outstanding. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area for work or leisure. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Tutto quello che si desidera avere quando si prenota un appartamento: posizione, servizi, comodità check in, gentilezza dell'Host, pulizia. Aggiungo che la casa ottima per due persone, dispone di guide di ogni tipo e qualsiasi accessorio necessario a migliorare il confort. Gentilissima la proprietaria, sempre prodiga di suggerimenti e consigli in ogni momento del soggiorno. Siamo stati per lavoro a Brescia che si conferma cittadina accogliente e ricca di fermento culturale e occasioni sociali. Torneremo sicuramente.

In unmittelbarer Nähe ist eine Sportbar. Kann am Wochenende durchaus lange laut sein.

Le logement était beau avec ses poutres apparentes et la tommette au sol. Bien situé, au pied du château, près d’un parking et pas loin du centre. Il était très bien équipé, les propriétaires ont vraiment pensé à tout. Ils ont été bienveillants et disponibles. Et toutes les informations utiles étaient à disposition.

Voisins un peu bruyants parfois. Mauvaise isolation phonique par rapport à la rue mais peu de passage la nuit.
