YHA Haworth - Partner

Great location and was welcoming from the start. Room was clean and we got extra pillows promptly when asked. Games room was loved by the kids and was a nice place to relax (we had it to ourselves!). We didn’t have breakfast but saw another guest eating and it looked good!

The building as a whole looked a little tired but it is a glorious building and wonderful to see it being used.

Incredibly beautiful building. I was in awe entering it, and the staircase up has beautiful stained glass windows and a lovely area to relax at on the first floor. Kitchen facilities were stunning and very clean. It was quite empty when I was there - I only met two other groups of guests - so I had the kitchen to myself each time I was cooking! Even the games room is beautiful. Bliss.

The mattress was too soft unfortunately.

Beautiful building, very friendly and helpful staff and the place is really secure. I was a solo traveller and had an extra secure door on my floor. Facilties were beautiful and plentiful for a hostel such as the games room and tv room. Showers were private cubicles and sparkling clean. Love that you can buy a coffee and food here too. Wish I also had more time to soak up the sun in the pretty garden!

Dislike is a strong word but would have appreciated a closer toilet to my room and the water in my room's sink wasn't for drinking, making the communal kitchen being 2 floors away a bit inconvenient. The WiFi also doesn't reach the attic floor but first world problems!

I think the doors etc need a good clean.
