The Coach House, Penzance- Cosy Nook for 2

This is a really comfortable place in a great area near downtown Penzance. Walking distance to restaurants and Pub. Laundrette very close by where you can drop off washing. Pub across the road friendly and welcoming. Owners very responsive and helpful.

It’s an old property and some doorways are lower for tall people.

Beautiful lil set up in a great location for staying in and exploring Penzance and the local area. Great kitchen and lounge area to make meals in and hang out/relax, then the downstairs portion has a comfy bedroom and bathroom, all of which were super clean and comfortable. Can park at the property so easy to car journey to other places in the Cornwall area, but we loved Penzance and walking to St Michael's Mount in one direction, and Mousehole in the other. Would definitely stay again! Great for a couples getaway. Also, we didn't need to speak to the staff much but they were only a message away and kept us updated with all the details we needed.

The location was very central to the shops being at the end of the high street and walking distance to the sea front, railway station and port.

The property was cold and damp when arrived, despite requesting the heating was put on in advance. The heating soon warmed the property up which was good. The car park across the street is free from 4pm to 9am which is where we parked our car. As the car park has a 3 hour maximum stay we moved our car to the allocated spare in a nearby narrow lane.

Nothing it was perfect for what we needed for our stay in Penzance, rang our host Hayley before our arrival very nice and helpful l, everything we needed on arrival to make our stay welcome and comfortable , thank you Donald & gill.
