The Coach House, Penzance- Cosy Nook for 2

Proximity to the main shopping area was excellent. Huge fluffy towels. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Clean. Good kitchen with conventional electric oven, and microwave. Small bottle of milk supplied on arrival. Wi-Fi worked fine. Deceptively spacious upside-down property. Parking just around the corner for free.

Unfortunately there is an element of damp within the property, which could be detected ax soon as you walk through the door. The fridge could do with an update.

This is a really comfortable place in a great area near downtown Penzance. Walking distance to restaurants and Pub. Laundrette very close by where you can drop off washing. Pub across the road friendly and welcoming. Owners very responsive and helpful.

It’s an old property and some doorways are lower for tall people.

Beautiful lil set up in a great location for staying in and exploring Penzance and the local area. Great kitchen and lounge area to make meals in and hang out/relax, then the downstairs portion has a comfy bedroom and bathroom, all of which were super clean and comfortable. Can park at the property so easy to car journey to other places in the Cornwall area, but we loved Penzance and walking to St Michael's Mount in one direction, and Mousehole in the other. Would definitely stay again! Great for a couples getaway. Also, we didn't need to speak to the staff much but they were only a message away and kept us updated with all the details we needed.

Nothing, it wall all great!!

Locations was good

There was issues with the internet. Drainage, a musty smell and the hosts lack of wanting to be contacted. I get it if this was cheap but this was expensive.
