Really good and accommodating after a couple of long days of walking!

No street/path lighting on-site during the night, but we just relied on our torches on the way back from an evening out in Penzance, so wasn't a huge issue

Staying here instead of a hotel made our trip much better.

Welcoming hosts. Our own designated parking spot. Very safe neighborhood and whole accommodation/vineyard setting. Beautiful surrounding of vineyard/farm. Great location, near large supermarkets and many local attractions. The host 'Grandma' was very sweet; gave our kid toys to play with, lots of helpful advice for tourism, also for breakfast provided us bottle of milk and eggs from their chickens. Our kid loved the chickens and horse on the farm. Our accommodation was large with every essential item provided, including TV with firestick. They also let us explore the beautiful vineyard/farms. A lovely restaurant with tasty food is on site too.

Great location providing lovely base to return to after day of sightseeing.

Very warm welcome. Lifts, washing up and laundry offered. Welcome eggs and milk in fridge. Next to a cafe and wine shop. Quiet location but easy to get into town either walking or by bus. We travelled on public transport and found it easy to get about once we discovered walking route/shortcut. Everything we needed to cook. and good instructions about how things worked. Spacious bathroom with great shower. Washing up liquid, bath toiletries present and some basics like tea and coffee. Wi-fi present with good reception. Great stay and would recommend.

Single bed wasn't too comfy-more like a temporary guest bed but adequate although I don't weigh much! (Double bed my friend slept in was good.) Otherwise nothing we didn't like. Greta stay

Gerry was very friendly and left us some essentials to get us started. The area is lovely we enjoyed exploring the gardens.

Unfortunately I found lots of hair in the bed and in the bathroom. It’s not very comfortable sitting in small armchairs instead of a sofa

A lovely place to use as a base

The hosts were next door if we needed anything but otherwise we were left to relax and enjoy! It worked well for our family with primary aged kids. A great base to go off exploring: Minack, beaches, gardens and St Michael’s Mount
