The outside makes it look like a dodgy area. Be aware there are stairs to climb to get to it. The key was a little awkward in the lock. The street lamp by the hedge some in the room at the front.

Our holiday

Everything provided even a clothes maid which we used a lot. The balcony was lovely to sit in the evening and the neighbour at 33 was lovely and came for a chat to ask about our day and recommended places to us.

Very clean, quiet location, near Penzance. Everything you need for short stay. Comfy beds, suitable kitchen & good wifi access.

Not enough comfortable seating for the family. Parking was basically, just park where you can; which meant our car was parked up the side next to a bush, but not an actual parking spot. Locals told us to just park wherever.

Unfortunately not enough towels and toilet paper for 4 people. Shower leaked in the corner therefore floor got wet.

Clean and pretty well located, à short walk into Penzance along the coastal path, comfortable beds and à well equipped kitchen. Lovely balcony to sit on after a day out walking.

The shower was a bit temperamental and it was a bit closer to the main road than I had anticipated. But it wasn’t too noisy at night. There were a few ants in the property but nothing serious. An extra chair might be useful for a fourth person. Ideal for 3.

Exterior of the properties is in poor condition with scaffolding on the walls. There was no tea towel provided.

Perfect holiday home

Chalets in the compound look run down on approach but dont let it put you off its nothing a good paint wouldn't solve, apart from that it's a well designed compound with communal drying areas and clearly marked recycling/rubbish disposal. It's also ideally placed for access to supermarkets (Sainsburys, Tesco and Morrisons) and perfect base for coastal walks to Marazion or Newlyn and Moushole. The coastal path into town is a lovely walk to connect to the bus or train stations or just continue on the coastal walk. The interior of this apartment is clean, well maintained, bright and modern with lots of natural light. I also found it very peaceful. Shower room was very clean and easy to use with plenty of hot water. I would definitely return.

mooi appartement voorzien van bijna alle gemakken. Erg schoon en gezellig ingericht. Rustige omgeving (ondanks een vreemde buurman, zie hierna). Veel toeristische attracties zijn goed bereikbaar vanaf deze locatie.

De ligging in een rommelig wijkje grenzend aan een industrieterrein. De mate van onderhoud van de omliggende woningen was wisselend en daardoor valt de eerste indruk tegen. Bij het parkeren werden we door een buurtbewoner van "zijn parkeerplek" weggestuurd. We hebben in een eerder recensie gelezen dat deze man dit vaker deed. (verder geen problemen met parkeren).

Ljust, fräscht och rekommenderas.

Det blev en mycket positiv överraskning att komma in i lägenheten, jämfört med hur det såg ut på utsidan. Ljust och fräscht. Perfekt för fyra personer. Närheten till shoppingcentret precis bredvid. Bra parkering.

Utsida och området såg lite slitet ut. Närheten till motorväg, men det märktes inte efter ett tag.
