•Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.
These are beyond our control.

•The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather.
• Due to our location on the Caribbean coast, there may be presence of sargassum mainly between May and August, as it is a natural and seasonal phenomenon.
