A gorgeous remote resort with a stunning pool. The staff were very attentive and offered us complimentary drives to nearby places. We were given alcoholic welcome drinks. They checked up on us and were very accommodating. We loved the Mayan style pool! The food was incredible and very reasonable pricing.
The welcome tour was good but we struggled to understand bits of what was said as he spoke very quickly. We had a few questions about our plans and how to get to certain places, it felt a little difficult to get answers initially but they were later answered. No complaints about the property it self, very beautiful!

The nature was incredible, we received a fantastic villa upgrade, the food, cocktails, and staff were amazing, and highlights like a private cenote tour with Miguel and the unforgettable temazcal ceremony made the stay truly special.
