Staff was friendly. Rooms were great with comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower and water pressure. Excellent pool. Lots of great entertainment. Buffet food was okay, not a lot of variety. I’d definitely try the à la carte options next time. Can’t wait to book again.

Rooms were very nice and well stocked. Lobby/reception area and lounge were beautiful. Attached shops were ok but incredibly overpriced ($15US for chips). Food was ok but be early or you wont get the good stuff. Very few Coffee machines powered on (only one in buffet) and often out of supplies. Bars were not well stocked but luckily we weren’t too picky. Cut-backs were definitely obvious but if you’ve never been to Bahia Principe before then you wont notice.
