About this house rental
This tidy self contained suite accommodates up to four people and comprises two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette/laundry.
The bedrooms are spacious and include black-out blinds and comfy beds. The largest bedroom also contains a couch and T.V.
The kitchenette contains a microwave, basic dishes and utensils (no stove or oven). In summer we also provide a small gas BBQ outside. The kitchenette also includes a washing machine and dryer.
The suite is close to many beautiful walks, lakes and mountain biking, but only a five minute drive to the city centre - this is why the suburb of Lynmore is so popular with locals. There are also several parks with playgrounds, convenience stores, cafes and takeaway food restaurants in walking distance.
It is situated on the ground floor of a large house but is private with its own entrance and modest yard. Our family lives above and uses the garage/workshop, which is on the same level as the suite. You will sometimes hear our kids playing outside and footsteps above.
The shared front yard contains a vegetable garden (from which you can usually make a salad) and trampoline (which kids are welcome to use).
There is one off-road parking space.
We love the outdoors and are more than happy to share our knowledge of walking and mountain bike trails.

We had a wonderful time! The house was lovely, it had everything we needed, in a quiet nice neighbourhood.The hosts were incredibly kind, even gave us grapes and blueberries from their own garden. We would go back any time!Thank you guys!
