It was cozy. Not fancy but just right for us. It is in a great location to use as a base for the whole area. We appreciate the laundry and having our own kitchen. The hot pools and cold pool were an attraction and out the back there is a path to a beach on the lake. Good value for the money.

I've been to other accommodation within Rotorua and this is my favourite. I love the mineral hot pools here that are filled up every day. The minerals in these pools are great for you rather than soaking in chlorine. The tiny cute walk to the lake is lovely too and very short walk/drive to the shops. Will most definitely return again and again. Thanks : - )

Loved the hot pools. Shower was a bit dated. Otherwise stay was good.

We loved the hot springs tubs and pool, and appreciated the laundry facilities. Overall the facilities are worn and dated and the men’s bathroom was dirty. For the price this was still a good value—our room was clean and dry and had a small kitchenette, but would’ve appreciated cleaner facilities.
