A space of your own

Le parking juste devant le logement. L'indépendance grace à la boite à clef et les indications au fur et à mesure que l'on arrivait à la date du séjour. Le lave linge dans le logement qui correspondait à notre attente.

Ce n'est pas réellement apprécié, c'est juste un défaut présent pour l'ensemble des prestations en NZ. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage, du coup il y a une forte consommation en électricité sur le chauffage durant notre séjour en hiver et donc une forte condensation sur les fenêtres voir une déperdition importante. Dommage. Un peu excentré du centre ville pour aller manger (10 mins de voiture). De plus on est au RDC donc on entend malheureusement les déplacements des propriétaires qui habitent au dessus. Mais ca reste partiel.

Good location, very close to the famous spots. The utensils is sufficient.

The apartment is a bit small. The washing machine has no drying function. The refrigerator is not cool enough and has a strong smell of bleach. We need to clean it several times to remove the smell before use.

The kitchen space had everything we needed, including a washing machine. We had a slight issue with the oven and our host managed to solve it within a few minutes. Both bedrooms were good sizes.

We felt that the property was quite dark in the living/kitchen space. The layout in the living space was a bit awkward. The property seemed a little tired in parts and in all honesty I don’t think it had been properly cleaned in readiness for our stay.
