The bbq, hot tubs and pool (even though it was very cold haha) were a great bonus and came at no extra cost. Great budget friendly option and great location for getting into town and seeing all rotorua has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Location.
We had to wash all of the cutlery, plates, cups, and pans before we could use them.
The frying pan was so bad that we bought one so we could cook food.
There were two electrical switches (one of which was in the bathroom) that were damaged.
The cabinets in the bathroom were badly water damaged.
The electrical hotplate was the type that had exposed heating elements on the top. Not family friendly, and not very good for cooking with.
There may have been better cabins on the site. But ours wasn’t one of them.
