Warm house, good location and fun fooseball table.
Wouldnt use upstairs bedroom (stairs too steep). Not much provided in kitchen.

Perfect location for the Rotorua off road race.

The showers were pathetic very low pressure. Tried to contact Mathew by phone and email to make payment arrangements turns out he does not exist ! weeks have gone and not a sound. God help you if you had an emergency! We certainly will not be going back
