Rotorua Stay

Location and easy to access. Close to Woolworths.

No heating in washroom. And room heaters are not so effective. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Good to have bath area seperate same way like toilet.

The location was fantastic — everything we needed was within walking distance. The area was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax, and the rooms were very well soundproofed, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

The only downside was the internet connection when the accommodation was at full capacity. The Wi-Fi became quite slow and unreliable, which also affected the TV service as it relied on the internet rather than regular free-to-air channels. Unfortunately, this limited our entertainment options in the evenings and resulted in a few earlier nights than planned. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable.

Weird parking

Absolutely brilliant location, within walking distance of the spa and also many eateries. Easy parking.

Very disappointing facilities and unclean. There were hairs in our bed (someone else's!) and pink mould in the bathroom sink. The non-slip shower mat had not been cleaned underneath. Skirting boards were disgusting. Frankly I would have cleaned it better myself. In addition, no reading lights in the bedroom and no tea or coffee provided. For $199 per night I would have expected much better. I will not be staying again.
