Rotorua Stay

Very clean and modern decor. The room was lovely and warm with the old thermal water heaters on wall. Very well equipped kitchen. The staff were amazing we had 2 large vehicles and a staff member moved her car so we could park close. We lost a key (first time ever!) They were really understanding and although a charge for lost key is stated they said not to worry no charge (we booked last minute to see the matariki drone show so the price of room was doubled so guessed they took that into consideration) Anyway a great stay at this accommodation highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant location, within walking distance of the spa and also many eateries. Easy parking.

Very disappointing facilities and unclean. There were hairs in our bed (someone else's!) and pink mould in the bathroom sink. The non-slip shower mat had not been cleaned underneath. Skirting boards were disgusting. Frankly I would have cleaned it better myself. In addition, no reading lights in the bedroom and no tea or coffee provided. For $199 per night I would have expected much better. I will not be staying again.
