Rotorua Stay

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Rotorua Stay. We weren't expecting to stay in such a beautiful, immaculate and tidy place. The outside deceived us at first but we loved everything about it from the comfy beds, the nicest kitchen we've ever experienced as well as the showers (the water pressure and space in a shower), the quality of Wi-fi was amazing, and the TV was so HD. We loved that it was also across from Woolworths and shopping centers were nearby. This was the best experience for me and our family in comparison to some not great experience we've had. This has been the best experience so far, would highly recommend!!!

I can't say anything that I didn't dislike, although they forgot to send me an email about the room we were staying in, Simon was so easy to talk to and very friendly and apologetic when that occurred but it happens. I have nothing but great things to say about this stay.

Nice location with good facilities

I liked everything was closes to where we had to go

There was nothing disappointing in this accommodation

Absolutely brilliant location, within walking distance of the spa and also many eateries. Easy parking.

Very disappointing facilities and unclean. There were hairs in our bed (someone else's!) and pink mould in the bathroom sink. The non-slip shower mat had not been cleaned underneath. Skirting boards were disgusting. Frankly I would have cleaned it better myself. In addition, no reading lights in the bedroom and no tea or coffee provided. For $199 per night I would have expected much better. I will not be staying again.
