Very nice property.
Sadly work going on in the property while we stayed so a sleepin was i possible.

We loved the annex and our boys loved the loft. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to escape into a more natural and rural area. Took a stroll around property and was delighted by the beautiful vegetation and plant life. Our neighbors were also a friendly group.
Would only recommend that instructions be sent for property a few days prior to arrival, instead of day of. We are from the states so our wifi was hit or miss and trying to upload documents was difficult. But nothing that wasn’t easily overcame. Just to be help future guests the woodberry farm is where you will be staying, not the address listed on Vrbo. It’s about 8 mins away from there but still in a lovely spot.

The surroundings were lovely, and the property was clean. However, the place smelled damp and the clothes washing machine did not work. Also, the property is called Studio on website and Annex on the property, and so it took us a while to find it when we arrived. The shower near to toilet leaks water out around the toilet area; how about blocking off this shower and building a proper shower tray for the other shower?
