Do you want to be at the heart of the Côte d\'Azur capital? Lulled by the Côte d\'Azur rhythm, relaxation & color, you will be located in the immediate vicinity of the sublime Place Masséna, just steps away from the Old Town & the Promenade du Paillon, the green lung of the city.
Our charming two-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator in a Nice building, it has air conditioning in the living room and a continuous balcony accessible from the living room and the bedroom.
Spacious, fully equipped, nicely decorated & comfortable, the accommodation is the perfect pied-à-terre for a long stay for two in the City of Angels.
The apartment is configured as follows:
- The entrance is equipped with a row of storage cabinets, facing it is the door to the bathroom with a vanity unit, a shower, a toilet and a washing machine
- The entrance hall opens onto a bright & spacious living room with a sofa, armchair, dining table; open to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
- A French window gives you access from the living room as well as from the bedroom to the continuous balcony equipped with a table & chairs to enjoy a sunny breakfast
- Finally, the bedroom has a comfortable standard double bed (140x190).
You will be located in the heart of the city, 1 minute walk from the Masséna station of tramway line 1 connecting in particular the Nice-Ville train station & the Garibaldi Square. Also, you will be located 5 minutes walk from the central Jean Médecin station, tramway line 2, connecting the airport to the port of Nice.
The products that are made available to you during your stay are welcome products to facilitate your arrival, we do not guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay.

This new unit is stylish and well equipped, in an absolutely perfect location. Right beside shopping, including a reasonably priced grocery store, right on main bus, transit corridors and just a quick hop to the old town or the beach. Quiet at night. I can't think of a better location in Nice. Yes, we are fans.Communications with property manager were excellent as well.This is a fine unit to pick for your stay in Nice.

This apartment in Nice has an unbeatable location—just steps from Place Masséna and surrounded by a great mix of restaurants, cafés, and shops. It’s also a short, pleasant stroll to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, making it an ideal base for enjoying everything Nice has to offer.Despite being right near the lively square, the apartment faces an inner courtyard, so it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. The tram is also nearby, making it easy and convenient to get around the city.Inside, the space is clean and functional. All the appliances worked well, and the air conditioning was especially appreciated—it kept the apartment cool even during warmer days. The only real drawback was the bed: it’s serviceable, but a better mattress and higher-quality pillows would make a big difference in comfort.This is a commercially managed unit. Be sure to use their website (the link is in the email you receive from them when you book the property) to ensure timely responses from the host. Otherwise, if you go through the VRBO inbox, you may wonder, as I did, if they have received your messages.Overall, a solid stay in an excellent location—great for travelers who value convenience and quiet in the heart of the city.
