Great location and perfect for a small group. I have no complaints about the property. My only complaint is that the owner is NOT RESPONSIVE whatsoever. Upon arrival, we were never given parking/pool passes. I reached out to find out where to get those passes and never got a response for the entire week I was there. If we would’ve gotten a ticket or towed, my review would be much worse. You also need a badge to unlock the trash compactor gate, which we did not have. The only option we had for disposing the trash was tossing the bags over the fence so we didn’t get charged a trash disposal fee. I will absolutely be returning to Myrtle, as I have the past few years, but will not be renting through this party again. Thank goodness nothing went wrong, or we might not have had any responsiveness from the owner anyway.
