All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

Trash pick up is on Thursday morning. Trash can be put outside Wednesday afternoon and needs to be brought inside Thursday before the afternoon. If it is left out at any other time, the community will find us up to $250 per infraction. It is the responsibility of the guest to follow these rules or they will incur this fine.
Pets - not allowed

I loved the proximity to barefoot landing, and the beach, excellent neighborhood with a beautiful pool. The private screened in porch was perfect in the evenings. The property definitely exceeded our expectations.

We booked a week stay. Below are our pros and cons of the trip.Pros:Updated house with a nice kitchen. The location is amazing. There is a large community pool with plenty of seating. There is also a bar near by, but they did allow coolers in the pool area. There is an onsite area that has bars, restaurants, a park for kids, and plenty of shops. Communication with the owner started off great. He gave suggestions on places to go and things to do.Cons:When we booked it was stated there was a grill onsite. Upon arriving, there was not. After going back and forth with the customer service number about the grill, the owner did refund us 150.00 which was better than nothing. Although it did state there was not a daily linen service, there were not enough lines for the extra pillows found in closets. The enclosed porch would have been a great hangout space, but it was covered in various bugs and not cleaned. We also found 4 cockroaches in the house. Obviously, bugs are going to be found; especially, in this climate. We contacted the owner to let him know about the cockroaches, but it was never truly addressed. We were not expecting money back or anything, but it would have been nice if someone came and sprayed. We also requested early check-in which was granted and was told someone would reach out to us. After not hearing from someone, I contacted the owner the day before arriving to see what was going on but never got a response. He did give us free late check out.
