As you enter, you'll find the garage, equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, custom corn hole boards and more. Step into the new gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with high-end stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and supplies. Adjacent to the kitchen is the inviting living room, complete with a cozy sleeper sofa for guests. The dining area, with seating for six (extendable to eight), invites you to share delicious meals and stories from your day's adventures.
Second Level: Your Private Oasis
Head up to the second level, where you'll find the master suite, featuring a king-size bed, a private bath, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, offer plush comfort. A full hall bath and a convenient laundry room complete this level, ensuring your stay is as effortless as it is enjoyable.
Third Level: Entertainment Galore
The bonus third level is suitable for entertainment or a fun extra hang out. It's where you'll discover two twin daybeds and another full bath for added convenience. A media center filled with games awaits, perfect for family bonding or challenging your friends. A pub table provides a versatile space for work, games, or puzzles, allowing you to make the most of your stay.
In this tech-savvy home, smart TVs are in every bedroom and living area, ensuring you're always connected and entertained.
A unique code will be provided to you at the time of check-in for our smart lock system.
With space for up to four vehicles in the driveway, we kindly ask that you refrain from blocking the sidewalk, ensuring clear passage for pedestrians and the local community.
Neighborhood quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 8 am.
Upon your arrival, you'll find starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, basic cleaning essentials, and trash bags. Plus, we've provided dish and hand soaps, as well as laundry and dishwasher detergents, so you can focus on enjoying your stay. We want you to feel at home and have everything you need at check-in, so if you happen to run out, local stores are just a short drive away.
You'll also find pool towels ready and waiting, so there's no need to bring your own. Guests will be provided key fobs to access the community pool.
Must be 25+ to book reservation.
No parties or events.
No loud music or excessive noise permitted; quiet hours observed 10:00pm-8am.
No street parking, driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles.
No RVs, motorcycles or trailers allowed.
Failure to return the pool key fob will result in a $200.00 fee (each).

This is our second stay in North Myrtle and Barefoot Landing and our first time at this house.
First, the owner Michelle was easy to communicate with leading up to the trip, and she made sure we had all of the information to make our trip easy. Any questions we had leading up to the trip were answered promptly.
Next, the townhouse is brand new, clean, and very well appointed. Just about anything you may need for your trip is there. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and this was the first time we didn't have to bring or purchase anything to make our stay comfortable.
We typically eat in more than half the time when we go to the beach and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook any meal.
We had seven people staying together and we were never on top of each other. The bedrooms were clean and roomy, beds were very comfortable, linens provided for each of the beds along with extra pillows if needed.
Each bedroom has a smart TV with service provided and if you want, you can log into your favorite streaming service. Wifi is a necessity and every person was logged into it either streaming, gaming, browsing or watching TV, and it never was an issue.
The townhouse overlooks a driving range, where there is a bar less than 5 minutes away by foot.
Overall, our stay was great and we would return without question. Don't pass this place up if you are looking, it won't be available for long.
